李永明

李永明,博士,教授,硕士生导师, IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society高级会员,International Neural Network Society会员,2016年Thomson Reuters全球高被引科学家,辽宁省“百千万人才工程”千人层次人选,锦州市第四批学术和技术带头人,锦州青年科技奖获得者。2004年和2007年毕业于辽宁工业大学,分别获理学学士和理学硕士学位;2014年毕业于大连海事大学,获工学博士学位。2012年9月至2012年12月赴香港理工大学机械工程系担任助理研究员;2016年6月至2016年8月赴香港城市大学机械及生物医学工程系担任高级副研究员。目前为中国人工智能学会科普工作委员会委员;国际SCI检索期刊International Journal of Fuzzy Systems编委,国际SCI检索期刊IEEE Access客座编委;先后担任国际学术会议2016 International Conference on Informative and Cybernetics for Computational Social Systems程序委员会主席;国际学术会议13th International Symposium on Neural Networks出版主席;国际学术会议The Eleventh International Conference on Innovative Computing, Information and Control 委员会委员。 2015年入选辽宁省“高校杰出青年学者成长计划”。

研究方向为:智能控制理论及应用,自适应控制,容错控制。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金项目2项(面上项目1项,青年项目1项),辽宁省教育厅优秀人才基金项目1项,辽宁省“百千万人才工程”科研项目1项。作为主要成员参与国家自然科学基金4项。目前在《Automatica》、《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics》、《IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems》、《IIEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics: Systems》、《Fuzzy Sets and Systems》、《Information Sciences》等国际权威期刊发表SCI检索论文80余篇。2015年获国家教育部自然科学二等奖。担任40多个国际权威期刊的审稿人,并获《IET Control Theory & Applications》、《Applied Soft Computing》、《Nonlinear Analysis: Hybrid Systems》等6个国际知名学术期刊杰出审稿人奖。
