李永明，博士，教授，硕士生导师， IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society高级会员，International Neural Network Society会员，2016年Thomson Reuters全球高被引科学家，辽宁省“百千万人才工程”千人层次人选，锦州市第四批学术和技术带头人，锦州青年科技奖获得者。2004年和2007年毕业于辽宁工业大学，分别获理学学士和理学硕士学位；2014年毕业于大连海事大学，获工学博士学位。2012年9月至2012年12月赴香港理工大学机械工程系担任助理研究员；2016年6月至2016年8月赴香港城市大学机械及生物医学工程系担任高级副研究员。目前为中国人工智能学会科普工作委员会委员；国际SCI检索期刊International Journal of Fuzzy Systems编委，国际SCI检索期刊IEEE Access客座编委；先后担任国际学术会议2016 International Conference on Informative and Cybernetics for Computational Social Systems程序委员会主席；国际学术会议13th International Symposium on Neural Networks出版主席；国际学术会议The Eleventh International Conference on Innovative Computing, Information and Control 委员会委员。 2015年入选辽宁省“高校杰出青年学者成长计划”。
研究方向为：智能控制理论及应用，自适应控制，容错控制。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金项目2项（面上项目1项，青年项目1项），辽宁省教育厅优秀人才基金项目1项，辽宁省“百千万人才工程”科研项目1项。作为主要成员参与国家自然科学基金4项。目前在《Automatica》、《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics》、《IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems》、《IIEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics: Systems》、《Fuzzy Sets and Systems》、《Information Sciences》等国际权威期刊发表SCI检索论文80余篇。2015年获国家教育部自然科学二等奖。担任40多个国际权威期刊的审稿人，并获《IET Control Theory & Applications》、《Applied Soft Computing》、《Nonlinear Analysis: Hybrid Systems》等6个国际知名学术期刊杰出审稿人奖。
